All EVA mats are custom-made.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Within Canada
Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary by province and carrier.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries, including the USA, Europe, and other regions.
Shipping times vary depending on location:
USA: 5–14 business days
Europe: 7–21 business days
Other countries: Varies by destination
International orders may experience delays due to customs regulations or carrier processing times, which are outside of our control.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country.
We cannot estimate these charges, and they are not included in your shipping cost.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery location
- order weight
- selected shipping method
Free shipping may be available during promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages after delivery is confirmed.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of:
- damaged product
- packaging
- shipping label
We will remake or replace the product if the damage occurred during shipping.
