Return & Refund Policy
Not sure if this mat fits your car?
Please contact us before placing your order — we’ll help you choose the correct mat for your vehicle.
All EVA mats are custom-made for each vehicle.
We accept returns only if the product was manufactured incorrectly due to our error.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
Once confirmed, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Incorrect fit due to wrong vehicle information provided by the customer
- Change of mind after production has started
- Normal wear and tear
Refunds
If a replacement or remake is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
