1. Overview

This website is operated by Eva Car Mats. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Custom-Made Products

All EVA car mats are custom-made according to the customer’s vehicle model and selected options.
By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information (car model, year, trim, preferences) is accurate.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are shown in CAD.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of error or fraud.

 

4. Production & Shipping

  • Production time is typically 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping time varies based on destination and carrier.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control.

5. Final Sale Policy

Because all mats are custom-made, all sales are final.
No returns or cancellations are accepted after the order is placed.
We only remake or replace items if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • The product was made incorrectly due to our mistake.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

6. Accuracy of Information & Colors

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.
However, colors and textures may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings. This does not qualify for replacement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By ordering, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide the correct car model information

  • Review their shipping address before checkout

  • Inspect the product upon delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, logos, texts, and product descriptions belong to Eva Car Mats and cannot be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse of the product

  • Normal wear and tear
